Refund policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS/WRONG PRODUCT SENT BY US
We are very scrupulous in testing and packing our items before shipping, but in case we sent out a defective or a non requested products we will charge ourself all the cost related to return/return custom fee/reshipping to you.
Customer satisfaction is our primary goal, both in products and in service.
NON DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS/WRONG PRODUCT ORDERED BY CUSTOMER
Goods must to be returned unused and unmounted to be eligible for a total refund.
We reserve the right to refuse refunding if goods were mounted/used due the nature of the products that will show montage traces (as scratches or bump), thus making the products no more salable to other customers.
We cannot refund customized items due to its nature.
Contact us to arrange terms for refund/return, do not send the items back prior to that. We will refuse and send back all the items that were returned without arrangement with us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Returns not related to product failure but with items opened/used but still resalable are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the new shipping to you in case of non defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the returned products are subject to custom fee to us it will be deducted from you refund balance.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if other shipping methods are used.
